I dunno if new research came out against what I’m saying, but the top is supposed to be the weakest pat of the skull, especially when they’re so young in their teens as it only finishes completely fusing by 30 Perhaps after the top is fully fused and ossified is it much stronger But even then, when it comes to a falling metal ball, hitting the top of the skull is a disaster as both top and ball are…spherical, and so, when they collide, they touch only at a focal point, thus all that force gets concentrated to one spot, and seeing how it drove Yuuko through the floor, it’s obvious none of that force was deflected, in short, Yuuko would suffer severe brain hemorrhaging from having shards of her skull pushed into her brain, and likely would also have a crush injury on her brain itself as the sphere would’ve pushed into her head after cracking her skull open the way it should’ve, if Yuuko’s body had crumpled or the ball rolled off her head with a more glancing blow, she probably would’ve received a much less severe injury, but looking at it now, she would 100% die regardless of injury, especially because there’s no immediate help, she either dies instantly from her head caving in to the ball, she dies quickly before arriving to any hospital, she dies in the hospital from complications onset from severe brain trauma, or she dies from having the plug pulled on her as she’d become braindead

The low falling distance combined with the flexibility and relative light weight of the bell would no doubt be very painful and maybe causing a fracture, but probably wouldn't cause death.
