First month the tax is more because you l be in something called as emergency tax system where they take maximum tax . you need to get ppsn number and based on that you need to inform your employer and register your situation with Irish revenue department , then you l get the refund.

After graduation you can apply for 1G visa, which would give you 2 year stay back without any sponsorship. It's easy to get job in Ireland if you have minimum 2 years of experience
