Yo bro from what I’ve seen online, impressions are when people see the vid on their Home Screen/recommended, and the CTR (click through rate) is how many of those people clicked the vid. Since you have good impressions try testing/improving the thumbnails and titles of some vids and see how it goes. Wish you all the best 👊🏾

He started off in the steward department. If you look at his older videos he mentioned many times how he wasn’t pursuing the next rank in the steward department.. he been shooting for engineering for some time.
