I find what I eat determines how well I sleep. If I eat low protein or less red meat, I don't sleep as well as when I do. I drink a lot of sparkling water, tea, etc, while I am fasting, and I think it's a good distraction. Maybe you're anxious? Try ashwagandha...

I accomplished similar goals as a Mariner. Served the Navy 27yrs retired age 45. With full Master Chief Retirement immediately retirement pay current. Then rolled in to MSC federal service for 10 yrs. Retired again with immediate pay.. now age 55 fully retired with 9 separate retirement checks each month! How?? Allow me to clarify = 1. Navy retirement. 2. MSC federal retirement, 3. 100 % VA disability. 4. SSDI Social Security. 5. VRAE Vocational Rehabilitation with housing allowance from GI Bill. 6. TSP. 7. 3 . Rental Properties . Total = over $20,000.00 a month in Total incomes. And they all Increase over time…with the cost of living. Not bad for being 55 fully retired. Enjoying life and traveling the world… So this life is real if you dedicate and disciplined to investing. Don’t blow your money on .. Women, alcohol and Material things. Property is a good investment. Because they gain equity in value and create Rental Income if purchased in a good rental Market area. But you got to manage them.. Nothing is easy. My motto in life= Pay now play later.. Or play now and Pay later…. it’s your choices in life.!!!💪🏾⚓️🇺🇸💯🙏🏿
