Love ya vids mate, was just wondering what was the best method if i was to erect a common tool used by brickies which are used as reference guides placed on either side of a wall with a string running between them. Which help maintain the level and alignment of a course as the mason lays bricks alongside the string. Any help would definitely be appreciated 😊

Hi mate, a lot of research backs that you should space your coffee consumption 30 minutes to an hour pre or post meals. The tannins in the coffee are nutrient blockers and make the nutrients less bioavailable to the body. Love ur thoughts on nutrition in the construction industry though!
