How my autistic teenagers gained work experience!

My autistic sons are getting older and we are starting to think about what happens once they leave school. So we started doing a catalogue delivery job with them. So that they could gain some experience of working.
In this video I go through how we did this and how the boys were able to achieve their goal.

amazing🎉🎉As Educator my self, I couldn’t emphasize more on have hands on experience focus on job and those prerequisite! As just observing, the job itself consists so many parts, follow orders, problem solving, encounter new situations, etc!
