Im a blues singer and pianist (specialized in improvisation) I loved the rendition its confusing, weird, gross, powerful. The whole point is for it to sound off until she ties it together in the end, it's also made for a bit of discomfort because when she hits the perfect note in the end it's gorgeous and almost unexpected. Her whole rendition is meant to show off her range and control.
