I'm sorry for your pain and anguish. I was treating my depression and anxiety and my sweet baby pineapple conure was my world. He flew away in September and til now nothing. I did everything searched for him in the morning at dawn and dusk between the days, put posters...I'm devastated but now I have two new babies in my care. Still my heart is empty, My depression worsened. It's hellish and I keep blaming myself for what happened and at my worst luck. I ran after him, saw him as he went, called him to stop but... My poor baby now I pray someone has him and he's okay. Will keep searching for him. Edit he was my BABY ❤️ only he inspired me to take help for my mental health but now😢😢😢 I cried so much gave myself fevers and infection twice, in the two whole months he's gone. Still miss him. I understand your pain, I will be praying for both Sunny and Bubbles 🙏❤❤

Of course they all missed you! How could they not after all you do for them! I hope they find Bubbles soon before the snow starts. I am worried for Bubbles because now it's Hawks and Eagles migrating down south for the winter and they stop over our area in Ontario every year at this time. So sorry this had to happen to you. You are so good to your animals and birds. You don't deserve all this anguish.

…Bennie and Oasis really missed their mom. 🥰 The birds show it in their eyes and faces. They are relieved to have mom home and back to their familiar routine. Everyone looks great, so your husband did a wonderful job. The bunnies recognized your voice and the treat bucket. The fish looked good too. If someone has Bubbles, eventually he will go to a vet. You could leave a flyer and photo of Bubbles. Hopefully a vet might recognize him. 😢 🐠 🐇 🦜 🐩

My bird has flew away a week ago in very heartbroken but I hope he has found an owner my bird is a Bourke and he’s very fast so hopefully someone resided hi, and the same for bubbles.

Thank you, I hope I find Bubbles soon. Treats are your best bet to win him over. Find out which treat he likes and only offer when training and Taming. My King Parrot likes pine nuts, almonds and walnuts. Feed tiny pieces for reward. Spend time talking to him and sitting near his cage. It's best to train first thing in the morning as that's when they are the hungriest.

@ thank you sooo much for your reply you don't know how grateful i am! didn't think you'd reply. anyway, since i wrote this yesterday so much has changed. that comment feels like ages ago it's almost like every few hours things change with him lol! then again he's still new and settling in. so only yesterday morning he was scared of hands, growling at me when i come near, discomfort.. you name it. now he's fine to perch on me, do some basic recall, hop onto my hand... i'm surprised. i'll try the pine nuts and the almonds. I cant believe only yesterday i was starting to regret bringing him and I was sad, thinking maybe i couldn't handle him. then boom he's warming up but still has trouble coming back to me all the time. that's fine considering his circumstances, i don't expect him to listen everytime straight away. at least he does it a lot. when he's out of the cage he doesn't always want to go back in, but when there's treats inside he goes to it eventually. my biggest issue is him falling asleep when he's outside of the cage and then he doesn't go in or hes too tired to train lol. it's adorable that he gets so relaxed but cmoon birdie! he decides when he wants to go back in the cage which i'm fine with but there are other household members in this house. Now i haven't checked to see if you have any videos on harness training specifically but i'm curious to see how you've done it. and i haven't seen more of kingsley in his harness apart from one video.. now i've ordered a harness for my boy because even without an aviary i'd like him to go outside and get some sunlight with me. you're very helpful and inspiring so thank you so much. it means a lot that you've shared kingsley's favourite treats. now i need to buy them for my king. i'll share that he LOVES pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds (as treats) but i'm working on getting him to eat even more healthily. tell kingsley he's a good bird and give him cookies for me!

I know it's only been 4 days so far so maybe it's normal to feel like this. but so far the only birds i've owned have been smaller birds. I don't exactly regret him, i'm not sure how i feel. i love him but he's keeping my other bird up at night by making noise moving around the cage instead of sleeping today. my budgies making annoyed noises at night because of this :( i don't have a separate room to put him in
