45 years ago when I was a teenager, my dad used to get my German Shepherd so fired up about 10 AM. If I was still in bed, you could hear her claws tearing in to the carpet as she circled the house and then he would open the bedroom door and she would leap 6 feet through the air on top of my bed. How could I be angry? I’m still not sure who enjoyed it more my dad, or the dog!
