Yeah but thats a bit misleading. Transfer deals in italy are often structured in a way that the sum has to be payed a year or two after the actual transfer. An example of this is Raspadori and I believe Simeone as well. That said Napoli had a good transfer summer

It's because Italian teams don't have that kind of money but still is a bargain and a half. Question mark is IF they can maintain it for the whole season. Napoli as always been goals galore and exciting attacking football for like 10+ years now, but they haven't yet found the consistency to go all the way. They start very hot each year looking like league favourites and the run into injuries/ bad form and lose ground. Serie A has been exciting the last few years with lots of goals all over the place for sure. It looks like it's gonna be Napoli vs Milan for the title at the moment and Napoli is definitely looking good but Milan is Machine-like and will be a tough team to finish ahead of

A big thing for napoli is their burnout in the latter stages of the league. They loose crucial games and often bottle any real chance of winning the scudetto. Hopefully with these new arrivals and squad depth they can cope and go on to win!
