conte in serie a is a beast. started juventus farmers league dominance in his first season with an invincible season, and was the one who ended that farmers streak with inter. but outside the serie a except from that chelsea first season, conte has been mediocre for tottenham, the national team and especially his champions league record is so bad. i think he is definitely a serie a specialist manager

Also, the Milan you are talking abuut had 22 points less than the scudetto winning team of that year (Juve) while Napoli last season had 41 point less than the scudetto winning team, Inter.
