WOW…my ex said “why does everyone always leave?” It struck me as such a strange comment at the time. Now I understand WHY everyone always leaves…he drives them away. You’re either going to submit yourself to continuous and escalating abuse, or you’re done with it!

Yep! He groomed me to be his willing aesthetic & financial lottery. Meanwhile, he used my kind & generous heart to look like he found his charitable match (when he was only charitable for the camera). He mistook my determination to make it work to abuse the endless chances I gave. He mistook my playful bubbly nature for non-intelligence. He mistook my patience for naivety. He used my loyalty to play with his ex’s as though I couldn’t see. He mistook my lack of exaggeration for a voice that couldn’t drop truth-bombs and say it as it is. He mistook my tears for weakness, when they in fact built my strength to walk away for good. And the list goes on. I was his “dream girl” and his worst nightmare all in one. Lol I couldn’t be prouder of myself to be both and take it all away from his malignant narcissistic self 🙌🙌🙌 Stay true to yourself people! If your morals and values are in the right place, that’s all that matters.

Based on all of the hurtful comments he said about my personality, things I do, the way I look and talk, I'm sure these are talking points to the new supply on the way not to act. She is being groomed to be the "anti-Donna" .

This. He knew I had abandonment trauma in my childhood. So he told me all about how everyone in his life every relative systematically abandoned him. Chose other than him. This is what trauma bonded me to him. My fawn response activated and I automatically wanted to save my own inner child by saving him. Undo my own neglect by undoing his neglect. Every time I would attempt to get him to come to Jesus on a topic he would tell me how my rejection hurt him, changing the narrative of the conversation and reactivating those old core wounds. What I didn't see was how slowly the tables were turning. Slowly he was mending fences with all those who had done him wrong in the past and I was taking their place in the story. Thank you for your honesty.

He triangulated me with his x's and spoke so badly about them to me. Throughout my relationship with him, his x's contacted me. Come to find out, it was him sending me the emails posing as them the whole time. Such sick behavior. I can't believe that I believed it. I can't believe that someone needs that much validation. Who does that? So much more happened besides this. What a shit show from the beginning

@ 4:24 - I picked up on this straight away. The person would lead me to A - open up about myself so he could mirror me easier, B - create some fake future plans that were never going to happen, C - try to explain to me sideways what he was looking for in the friendship - basically a maid and a cook. I never picked this persuasive speaking up from the ex Narc whom I dated for 8 years. He never talked about his exes in regards to 'being lazy'. If he did it was very subtle and I missed the point. 😂

it’s very narcissistic - capitalist to get traumatised victims to pay you to help them heal for the damage YOU inflicted on THEM. I for one might donate to a fellow empath / abuse victim but I’m not paying a penny to a narc, diagnosed, reformed or otherwise, narcs advice should be a free public service

My ex was lazy, she did nothing around the house and even tho we were both working i had to go home and cook my own food... and she was sooo desperate to keep me that she persuaded her friend to have have a threesome to save the relationship. I knew after the threesome that I couldn't be with her anymore... hmmm, sounds reasonable, I think not!

Ben Taylor I am happy you are making many people aware, today I just confirmed my ex was a narcissist, the fact that I asked him about the plans for the future after 4 years of relationship, and also talking about money and he would always say “why you have to talk about money always,” and also he says he does not know about when he can give me a ring. It is too much already. I am sad just because I trusted in someone I did not have to.
