Just to save you some time, the link actually leads to an article about women's hygiene in space and specifically menstruation. As far as I've read, it doesn't really change or cause anything bad, the problem lies at the comfort room because it's made specifically for men. (Kinda ironic because i'm a man talking about women stuff)

Nobody's. No hand. At least, I saw no hand. Frame changes slightly from time to time due to edition, as washing hair takes longer than a few seconds. Things were moving. Besides, there were other astronauts at the ISS, so it could be anyone else's hand.
