Hey Luigi, I don't why they are called weak and strong. Watch this video video and my motion strong video to see the difference between the two plays. Both are good with options

Coach, in weak, the ball handler passes to strong side wing and cuts to the WEAK side. As opposed to Strong, where he stays on the STRONG side. It´s just the start of the plays, because with so many options and screens, they both develop into open shots.
