I feel like nowadays all the videos on YT that come with regards to this topic is sponsored by some college which drives the narrative, "You aren't qualified enough, join us, we'll make you qualified" which to me is bullshit. I know people who are doing well as Assistant Managers and Managers with 3-4 years of experience. Its not the skill gap which is the issue, it's the hiring process which is the issue. I have seen so many highly qualified people get rejected for roles that they could've easily got because of AI resume filtering. Ngl, it's frustrating to apply for new jobs via LinkedIn, Indeed or Workday cause 95% even if they are qualified get rejected. Personally, I have an international exposure with the OEMs in the Oil and Gas Industry, but when I apply for those roles, I get rejected saying, "You do not meet our requirements". The Job Market itself is rigged.

when mediocrity is sold as the best in india by legacy Higher education institutions then ofcourse the basic quality education will be priced too high to exploit lack of availability of good education

Everyone can't become an entrepreneur, new-age institutions are also selling their dreams. My suggestion is that aspirants should voluntarily do internships in MSMEs.

Main problem is there is over supply in job market, more people competing for same job. Just open your eyes and look at the number of people applying on job portals.

Why r u promoting college with paid promotion if u dont have content then dont make videos we have multiple colleges mastes union is not only a exception stop this nonsense and diverting individuals things like product management and etc. Can be taught online with less fees not by compulsirily giving 20 30 lakh to these colleges If u are so interested then why dont u drop ur youtube and start learning at these colleges only diverting youth u guys know
