I cannot begin to imagine the distress caused by watching it slowly but inexorably unfold in front of your eyes and the shock when you learned that fate had eventually taken its course. January 7th, 2022. I lost my brother due to suicide. I understand how he feels completely, the pain… pushing it down.. my daughter saves me too. I lost my dad and half of my family and there’s not much left of us. It definitely takes a toll on the heart. Mental health is a huge struggle. I can’t believe it’s been a year already for Aaron :( a 90s baby myself this I feel a huge connection and still can’t get over his passing either :( it truly sucks. I wish we could turn back time and hit the pause button for a moment, cherish every moment, never know when it’ll be your last. Love them. Hold them. I wish that on nobody, it’s unbearable. I keep holding onto one day I’ll see them again.

Nick DO NOT be ashamed of your tears. Even Grown Men hurt after losing someone they loved. It’s hard to believe it’s been a year already. I lost my Mom 10 OCT 2021. No it wasn’t Covid. She was 72 and her body just got plumb tuckered out a just quit working. I can’t say the pain ever goes away. But it will subside. I have days when it hurts just as much as it did when Mom passed. Then there are days when I can recall those memories without completely falling apart. Hang in there Nick.,

However, I am a therapist in training, and I believe I understand most things, and if I was your therapist, I would help you process it all in a healthy and safe way. I can see through your eyes, your voice, your words, that you're still very much in pain, but pushing it all down to cope with it is not going to help you, as you can see now. When it comes back to the surface, the pain is still hard to cope with because you haven't dealt with it well, you haven't grieved, but if you do grieve, then the next time the pain comes back, it will be easier to tolerate. You have the support of your family, your fans, and many other people who care about you, to help you grieve and find happiness again. I don't know if you believe in the after life, but I do, and I know that you will see him again someday. Being strong doesn't mean avoiding the pain, it means going through it and grinding through the pain so you can become stronger. My uncle killed himself four years ago, and it changed my world forever. Having someone die is hard, but having someone die knowing if circumstances were different that they should still be here. My situation was different, and no one but family and close few knew. But, part of hiding it was very hard more so because I developed Bipolar Disorder as a result. I never moved on, and years later I still get depressed. But, I learned to get through was to not punish myself for feeling what I do when it comes up. Still in therapy talking about it here and there. But the loss still hurts. His birthday was the day after mine, so I carry that with me too. Hope Nick, his friends and family find comfort even when you don't always find peace.

I am so sorry for the loss of Nick's brother. I lost my younger sister to Covid then a year later my dad was killed in a car accident. My mom lost her soulmate they had me in their late teens and I believe my mom died of a broken heart. I was 22 when I lost my parents it hurts more than anything. I try not to think about them otherwise I'd cry all the time. I am now 24 trying to go on and some days are real bad like Mother's Day and Father's Day as well as the holidays. I lost my great grandma on Christmas day so that isn't one of my favorite holidays. Anyway sending prayers his way. God bless🙏✝️😊
