Just love this. It is so brilliant to just tell people how they can help themselves and circumvent the therapy industry. Love love love it! Thank you. Will be using these techniques 🧡🙏🏼

Dr Leaf, when talking about your dream and what happened to your family gave me chills. When the men looked around confused and then ran away it reminds me of Genesis 19:11 God’s protection of Lot: Get out of the way! ” they said, adding, “This one came here as an alien, but he’s acting like a judge!a Now we’ll do more harm to you than to them.” They put pressure on Lot and came up to break down the door. 10But the angelsA reached out, brought Lot into the house with them, and shut the door. 11They struck the men who were at the entrance of the house, both young and old, with blindnessA so that they were unable to find the entrance

I greet you Dr. Caroline Leaf with great joy in my spirit. How do you separate your soul from the functions and operations of the human brain? Is there a separation? I learn from my own research that the Greek word for soul is "psuche" (psyche). It is the mind, emotions, and will. So, in other words, It is with my soul that I think, I feel, and I decide (choose). Isn't that the function and operation of my (your) brain? I would love to hear or read your teaching on this specific thought. Thank You Dr. Leaf! Sincerely Yours, Jesse B. Ligon😇

Hello Dr. Leaf, great stuff as always! I tried to provide the link for the study in the comments, but KZbin thought I was a bot. Could you please provide it in the description? Thank you!

Do all our dreams mean something or are some just a random collection of stuff being sorted out in our brains? Most of the time, my dreams don’t make any sense. You can’t even explain them because they feel like pieces that have nothing to do with each other.

Dr Leaf, when you speak about the non-conscious mind would this be analogous in Christian thinking with the 'true self' that is in loving union with God?

You can feel god? 😮 ummmm

@@matthewthehawk1066 why would you not be able to “feel” G/god? The Biblical descriptions and metaphors used to describe the Presence of God (i.e. Spirit) are all things that can be felt. Fire. Water. Wind. One can be “clothed” with the Spirit and the Spirit comes “upon” people. These are all things that can be confirmed subjectively yet experientially. So it is most appropriate and acceptable to say one can “feel” God. As a theologian (I took my ThM from Bangor University in 2009) I would say things might be awry if you never feel God. Just my two cents.
