All day Dim Sum in a clean vintage setting is my kind of place. Just love those small plates of touches of the heart!

Dim Sum is a heavenly ritual--I live in San Francisco and all my memories of it, going with Chinese friends, are sublime.

There are 3 Chinatowns in NYC so make sure you go to the right one

The oldest one is in Manhattan I think. There is one in Brooklyn, 8th avenue. However, the hippest most exciting one is in Flushing Queens. There is also a Korean area next to it. I prefer going to the one in Flushing Queens

rather sad , that Dim Sum takes so long to learn to make, yet, so cheap, meaning the cooks there don't get paid much.
