I know this is a old video but on my hellcat I drilled the motor mount holes out to 3/8 and got 3/8 grade 8 bolts and never had broken bolt problems or vibrations anymore.

After 1600 miles on my Vader I finally did this mod last night and it surely made a difference in reducing the vibes in the foot pedal. Before I had the small weld on the pipe mount there crack and with that alone the vibes were very noticeable. I’ve welded it before but it cracked again. Very thin metal on that. At least for now with the new 3rd engine plate and repair of the pipe bracket the bike feels allot better. Thank you for your. Video to get me off the couch and make the mod. I did the mod slightly different by using the 2 inch flat stock but I welded that to a piece of 2 inch angle iron and welded the angle iron onto the bike lower frame mount.

Make it. I made mine. Use some card board and flip the bike and make something that fits you

I remember. Yes. I thought the same. But overall it cost me $7 😂 to do. The labor was a friend so that worked out.

What sizes are the bolts you’ve used to screw on the 3rd engine mount?

Idk. I had them in my toolbox 😅 but check the ones that you take out when the bike was in the box. Those might fit.

I literally made mine from a cardboard. Nothing special. Just bring your bike up and mock it up. Not that hard. 👌
