I don't know if it was mentioned but gasoline direct injection engines generally have a half to a point and half more compression than sequential port injection engines ,,, !

@@Limeayy No "mate." YOU don't know what he means by "sequential port injection." Sequential injection that precedes the ignition event as opposed to "batch injection" when all injectors are activated every intake event.

Using superior rings helps tremendously. "Total Seal" gas port rings solve this issue completely. Also, a synthetic blend oil is best.
