After receiving a lot of comments about Skin looking far far older than 27, Leigh took it upon himself to try and rebuild his self esteem... this backfired! Skin did use the week to look into Bryan Johnson and his attempts at slowing down the ageing process though, and he has some key findings. Leigh puts on an absolute masterclass in pun making with a couple of very fast thinking one liners that leave Gode in tears (again)! Mickus is also on hand to help all you marathon runners figure out how and when to make the most efficient pit stop during your races this year.

Gotta say, I thought Skin was older partly because of the voice and the height, but mostly because he has a big brother energy to Leigh, and I knew _his_ age.

When i was 21, the wife of a working collegue thought i was 28-30, and when i was as old as Skin, a new female working collegue guessed my age as mid-to end 30's... But when hitting 40, i was visiting a new doc for a routine checkup, and she seemed surprised when reading my date of birth and said i look younger than i am... So there's hope for the future, Skin! Also, the only Brian Johnson i know is the singer of ACDC, and he kind of looks his age. (But his namesake you showed seems more like a scam to me. Trying to convince others that he found solutions for problems science hasn't, and probably selling them some shitty subsances for way too much money. At least on the picture you showed, he looked normal for his age, not any younger.)

ok so you guys don't understand variable health rates. you say that it's confusing about why your device says to rest. it's very easy to understand; your heart rate gets extremely solid, thumping and constant when you are rooted. the more variability, the less physically stressed you are. if the watch says rest then it simply means your heart rate is fairly thumpy, for a good period of time. if you keep training then you are basically training yourself in a loose state and almost undermining your efforts to be more resilient
