Sweet and savoury? How about the Elvis. Take 2 slices white bread, spread one with peanut butter. Slice a banana on top (rings or endways).Top with slices of bacon (crispy or soft to preference). Place second bread on top. Lightly butter the outside of both slices and fry until both sides are brown and peanut butter is melting. Apparently his favourite.
