please take this recommendation !! when i get tummy troubles i take a capsule of oregano oil, it will kill bad bacteria in your gut and helps me soooo much. make sure you do plenty of probiotics and water with lemon & chia seeds to rebalance after...i was eating kimchi with NY steak after holiday to help reset ... the kimchi and sauerkraut are a MUST on my post holiday cleanse diet!!! love you all!!!!!!!!

🎉🎉 Happiest New Years BTW Fasting With Your Own Home Made BEEF Bone Broth Easier BTW BEEF Bone Broth Good For Skin/ Joints/ Gut ect I get BEEF bones just bones and boil some in a soup pot 4 hours add alittle apple cider vinegar then let cool strain with lid strainer into other pot until bones are all out then Walmart sells smaller mason jars after cooled put into then and freeze take out add flavor if needed has awesome collegen gut I've been on this twice a week guts so much better ❤
