Theory: Kynareth convinced Paarthurnax about the wrongness of Alduin's false claim of godhood and only then did Paarthurnax had a change of heart. This is why Paarthurnax says that Alduin's false claim of godhood is why he betrayed him, he agreed with Kynareth's arguement. Dragons are also prideful by nature and that is probably why Paarthurnax doesn't mention being told by Kynareth to betray Alduin. Deep down, Paarthurnax doesn't want people to see him as someone's lackey, even though he tries to suppress his pride every day.

i have been thinking if post skyrim there will be more friendlier dragons like id want one to be a guild leader or a leader of a faction

I can't play Skyrim's story anymore without the mod Paarthunax - Quest Expansion. It gives The Blades story dialogue, making them a lot less insufferable towards the end as well as Paarth having a more in depth sode to his story, and no matter the choice you make the Blades understand and still do their duty in serving the dragonborn.
