Dime Dropper, I was shocked to hear you saying that you are surprised by PG’s recent laid back comments. Well, that’s exactly the laidback attitude he has been performing on the court since he’s joined the clippers. The only difference in the past vs. now is that he talked as though he’s like a leader with strong desire to win. But now he doesn’t even bother to pretend and tell all of us the truth that he’s in retirement mode. You don’t want to do sign and trade as it will hard cap the team. But trust me. Ballmer will duck and give him a four year max because he’s so afraid of not having enough “stars” to attract enough audience to the new arena. With this flawed player retention strategy, Ballmer will continue to underperform against jeanie Buss and the lakers in terms of playoff performance.

I'm here in the Bay, this is not true and The Warriors would be very cautious about potential tampering. Reporters are writing that The Warriors "could be" interested in a PG sign and trade. That is not coming from The Warriors. If PG opts in, i do believe The Sixers and Warriors will be interested in a sign and trade deal but i believe PG stays in LA and doesn't demand a trade. In other words he opts in to the highest salary he can get this season and continues to negotiate with The Clippers on some type of extension.

Don't be surprised if you see a deal like this: Paul George to The Golden State Warriors for Andrew Wiggins, Gary Payton II, Jonathan Kuminga, Kevon Looney, and maybe one more lesser known young Warrior, plus maybe a future first and second. I'm here in the Bay and it's looking like The Warriors want to make a splash addition but they want to do it while keeping Steph, Klay, and Dray together. They seem open to losing Kuminga for an all star level player. Right now i think The Warriors are trying to entice The Clippers to do this deal with CP3's $30 mil contract in the deal. I don't think there is any way The Clippers do that or any other nba team, regardless of the respect everyone has for CP3. $30 mil is well above what every nba team wants to pay CP3 for his services. If this deal goes down look for The Clippers to allow James Harden to walk away without compensation. This would be a concession to Coach Lue's vision of defense and transition basketball. Despite Frank not being a fan of Westbrook as a starting pg, i think that's where they will look as a cheaper alternative to Harden. So you are possibly looking at: Zu, Kuminga, Leonard, Wiggins, and Westbrook, with Powell, Mann, and Bones leading the reserve unit. Kevon Looney would replace Mason Plumlee and GPII would replace Russ' role as the bench energizer.

It’s 20% and 80% mental. PG has a bigger bag skillwise but mentally it’s not even close. That’s why Kawhi has been able to win and play efficiently where as PG is prone to failure and boneheaded plays. Either way Kawhi settled for less than his market value in hopes others would follow his lead and sacrifice for the team but here we are PG still making bone headed plays off the court😅🤷🏾‍♂️

Someone needs to tell Paul George, there’s no team out there that will give him a 4 year contract. After the Knicks got mikal and rockets traded for Durant , there’s not too many teams out there that wants his services, so he needs to stay put in LA . The truth of the matter is that the Clippers are not a Championship caliber team... Kawhi has declined physically, but I think also Kawhi does not have the mental tenacity he once did. I'm not sure if Paul George has ever had it. It takes a very very special team and player to win a Chip and PG just ain't it. The sad part is that he embraces that he ain't it. We need another #2 guy (& maybe another #1, but keep Kawhi) like an Anthony Edwards. They are kind of like the Lakers... the Lebron/AD era is over. Kawhi/PG era is OVER... rebuild & regroup for CHIP!
