One of Paul’s. fans commented about his ability to overcome nervousness in order to play the unusual Connell - quite a challenge! It had to be a match made in heaven for him. Obviously this was picked up by Lenny & his team when making their decisions. I must say. these thoughts crossed my mind when watching Normal People for the first time. Paul is clearly a natural for his chosen career & I guess the magic is there for him! I look forward to seeing him in a completely different production - then we will know! I wish him all the very best for the future and thank Paul & the production team for the spellbinding performance which sustained so many of us during the recent unusual summer when we were locked down to save us from the vicious virus.
