Last season city dropped 17 points in their first 18 games without kdb, I remember they were behind both Liverpool and Arsenal and they only gain traction after he was back in the team. This season have a similar pattern and they had again dropped 10 points in their first 11 games without kdb. I think Pep will miss kdb next season even if he extended his contract.

If Guardiola is so good why didn’t he win with Bayern who won the treble the season before. Bayern destroyed Barcelona and Juventus the season before. He had Players like Ribéry, Robben, Kroos Lahm etc. plus signed players like Thiago Alcantara and Mario Götze.
