Jealousy - The only tips for that are to build confidence and self-worth. At the root of jealousy is insecurity. The jealous person feels like they're not good enough for their partner and is paranoid their partner will want or find someone better. Only the jealous one can fix that. Jealousy ends relationships too. The jealous person will always try to control their partner's behavior so they don't have to feel insecure. No one wants to be controlled so the partner will leave to feel free again. A big help for this is to convince yourself that though they CAN choose someone else, they chose you. The first love... Tell the current partner what's happening so you're not hiding anything. Then make your decision if you want talk.
