Thanks for your videos, you obviously care very much about the emotional process for your clients and their families. Your stories are inspiring. Two years ago my mother had a stroke and could not return to the apartment she and Dad had lived in for the past 10 years. My sisters came from out of state and we worked very diligently together to move them into assisted living within 3 weeks. Every day we worked on packing the apartment, and every night (with a bottle of wine) we sorted pictures. The decision process to keep or discard, was made much easier because my Father (an early computer geek) had scanned every photo...so we were only discarding the physical copy (from the years of many bad photos on a reel of film). Doing it together allowed us to relive so many family stories, and also see what a rich retirement our parents enjoyed. It was the first time we had spent an extended time together as a nuclear family (no spouses and kids) in 30 years, which we enjoyed very much despite the stressful situation.
