Poison Sting and Bulldoze. These are two moves that are not viable in competitive play at all and have no business being used outside of the main games at all. What if I told you there actually is a team in gen 9 competitive singles featuring a Clodsire that uses both of these moves and managed to reach number 2 on the ladder. So why exactly is this clodsire using these bizarre moves and how did this team manage to reach as high as number 2 on the ladder?

There's a hatterene set made to fight this actually, used it for suspect reqs. You run speed to be faster than blissey, covert cloak to sit on clodsire, calm mind to break the non-unaware mons, psychic noise for breaking power, and draining kiss to keep healthy. It's not a bad set for hyper offense or rain.

As much as I'm ok with going against stall teams, I really wish we had more mold breaker Pokemon because even in balanced teams I usually see an unaware Pokemon like Dondozo. It would open up more team variety then needing that one specific answer for that one specific unaware mon.

Yeah, Dondozo in particular is rather restricting because you have to run Roaring Moon + another mon that forces it in and hazards to beat it on stall. But to be fair it is pretty useless against teams that stack special attackers like Psyspam

I always assumed the Sports were intended for double battles. Put out a bulky water alongside a vulnerable grass type attacker and put up you watersport to protect it. They are not good, but there is some ligic to them there.

People hate stall, but this really speaks to the power of offense in this meta. Stall has to run HDB on all mons except Gliscor and Clefable to be viable because of Gholdengo. Clodsire has to run poison sting for stall to not outright lose to stored power sweepers. Dozo/Clod are mandatory to check HO. You need something wierd like tera ice hydrapple to not lose to meow and weavile. Even then, there are mons like Ursaluna and Hoopa-U that cannot be walled.

Personally I find stall boring and uncreative. I've matched up against this team several times on the OU ladder. I managed to beat it a couple of times, but it took nothing short of 200 turns. The best way to beat stall and save your time and sanity, given the current meta, is to click forfeit.
