my initial thought is that the killer should be executed, obviously he's got a dreadful psychotic disorder so perhaps not, i dread to think what has caused him to be in the mental state he's in and to then commit such a heinous crime, drug use perhaps? a shocking case which once again calls in to question the treatment and handling of people with severe mental issues, one thing that strikes me about the police is how civil they are towards such suspects, i don't agree with this approach, i'm not saying they should steam in sweeney style but they aren't serving coffee in a cafe!

@@Clare0116 shotgun licences are quite cheap and you don't need to give a specific reason for wanting one on your application. It's only when you apply for rifles and other firearms that you have to give your reason for wanting one on the forms. Shotguns are pretty cheap too, you can get a decent enough one for 80 quid. Not sure it would have helped her here though.
