In meditation also we are being taught the same rules. You create your own reality with your thoughts.

Yeah, that's why I believe I should stay with high vibrational people closer.....And this really working and attracting more similar....😊When you are happier and peaceful, you will become more healthier....And yes as you said I had faced many a times in my life, the worst toxic positivity, it hurts when the positivity goes wrong....I love people who make mistakes and embarce all the emotions, and feels all of it , and perfectly balance themselves without hurting anyone...Also keeps healthy boundaries when it needed.....

Ayurveda says the same. As mentioned in Sushruta Samhita in the definition of Swastha or Health -‘ Prasanna atma indriya manah swasthya ityabhidhiyate’.

same as in the case of plants as the plant's phenotype depends on the genes and the environment For example, if a plant with high-yielding genes is grown in a place with poor soil nutrition, it will not give its full yield; and will not reach its full potential, unless it is grown in healthy soil. the interaction between the two: environment and genes.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation: 🧬 Epigenetics is about how life experiences can alter gene expression. 💞 Simple actions like cuddling can boost immunity and reduce stress. 📚 The book "Biology of Belief" by Dr. Bruce Lipton explores epigenetics deeply. 🌱 Lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, sleep, thoughts) can influence gene expression. 🛌 Good sleep is crucial for positive gene expression; sleep deprivation can trigger negative gene expressions. 💡 Positive thinking and beliefs can help regulate genes. 🧠 Emotions should be felt and processed, not suppressed, for better mental health. 👥 Uplifting social connections are essential for longevity and healthy gene expression. Positive thinking is kinda like sticking ones head in the sand. Parents shield their kids from bad stuff, but responsible adults need to deal with problems/negativity. Caring about stuff means you can have a negative reaction if something bad happens to the stuff you care about, so to avoid having negative reactions one either has to stop caring, or change ones views to HONESTLY think whatever is happening is actually not bad. Neither option is very rational, and so one is faced with the choice of either fixing the problem, or living with it. If you cant/wont fix it, and end up living with it, then you will eventually get used to it, and develop stoic personality traits. Kinda like the opposite of being spoiled. This is why nobody reacts with strong emotions every time they hear about bad stuff on the news. Stressing over things is supposed to motivate us to solve the problem, but if we dont plan to do anything about it, then its no point in focusing on it - except that it will make us "emotionally numb", so we can get some peace and rest and focus on something else. "Acclimatizing" our consciousness/emotions to the reality we live in, will help us keep a cool head in situations that give "positive thinkers" a mental breakdown. Focusing on negative things can therefore make us evolve into better versions of ourselves. Another thing to consider is that by avoiding negativity, we get very inexperienced with negative situations, which makes us naive and prone to foolish ideas like loving our enemy, forgiveness, and other religious ideals that may seem positive at first glance, but doesnt actually work in all situations. if judges started to forgive everyone, then we would live in anarchy, and if soldiers started loving our enemies, civilians would have to fight to defend their loved ones. Other species of monkeys would laugh if they knew these things are central teachings in the biggest religion on the planet 😅
