The difference (in my opinion) is that when Agatha was absorbing Wanda's powers, she wasn't "The Scarlett Witch" yet. Agatha can not absorb the powers of a primordial entity (like Death) and I doubt she could do anything to the SW.

Death can’t have her they obviously following the comics and in the comics according to Wanda herself she’s too out of reach for death and I think it’s pretty obvious cuz she literally can’t claim her son without him turning himself in also how Agatha was not able to answer such a simple question of is the scarlet witch dead was a big giveaway that’s she’s not even death herself kinda hinted to it when she said “the witch is gone” instead/not “the witch is dead” that’s too intentional of a statement to just be a statement.

I think Death has the same way of getting power as Agatha, but with souls. They worked well cuz Agatha kept powering her up, and as Agatha enjoyed sucking the witch's powers away, Rio most likely loves getting their souls as well the same way xD But killing Death just doesn't seem feasible.

Ultimately, Lady Death's power transcends any individual being, including Loki. She's not subject to the same limitations as mortal or even cosmic beings. Loki, while powerful, is ultimately mortal, even if he's a god. His power is subject to the laws of the universe and the cycle of life and death. While the Scarlet Witch's powers are immense, it's not clear if they extend beyond her own universe or if they could affect beings like Death.

I haven't even started watching and I hate the concept. She was very obviously playing with her food the entire series, not once did she show an ounce of genuine effort with her magic except maybe the final fight with Agatha but even then she was sitting on the roof practically twiddling her thumbs. Unless they use some reference from the comics, her power has hardly been shown off enough to compare to others.
