And Billy decided that he wasn’t going to keep all that power just to himself either, but decided to extend the magic to his five brothers and sisters - forming the Shazam Family. The Shazamily

i do think there is one big inconsistancy in the 2 movies,if the staf is the source of there power then why wasnt billy depowered ones he broke the staf in the first movie? does this mean the staf is just the conductor but not the source of the power? shazam didnt overcome the fear of the dragon the dragon was aiming it at the other 2 not at shazam,but yes its stil unshure of shazam would be effected by it. darla isnt faster then them it was shown like that for cinematic purposes from her point of view,overall good video though.

Ok, what i don't understand is,if the wizards were able bestow powers why can't they just take those powers back? Superheroes are only as strong or as weak as the writers make them. Unfortunately writers don't always do their research. I'm still mad that they portrayed hulk as a weakling again Thanos. A being that should have unlimited power the angrier he gets. It should've been an epic battle but it was like superman fighting the wonder twins!

Especially when MCU IM has so many more feats and so many more movies. So if we limit it to feats from Shazam 1 vs IW/Endgame Iron Man (just like Dan did), then Tony is way stronger, way more durable, has so much versatility and hax and is a lot smarter, more experienced and more skilled. This particular fight back then was a slaughter and Tony would have won it easily.

Probably somewhere between justice society and justice league. I mean the justice league has superman on the team. We haven't seen if Shazam can take a nuke yet but we have seen at least to what extent both of there durabilities start to fail. Superman was killed by doomsday who was specifically made to kill him and Shazam was killed by the explosion that happened when the staff was overloaded with lightening. We can only assume it was magical in nature giving the explosion came from the staff but he did die from it while Superman survived that nuke although he was injured by it

Base Thanos(no infinity stones) or with the infinity stones? Also, it could go either way, depending on strategy/the writer. On Titan he was beat and only won because Dr Strange let it (didn't stop Starlord), or put in any real effort to win and just gave up the stone. Yes, the writers made the whole "this was the one out of 14 million ways to win", but even "How it should have ended" came up with 5 simple alternative easy wins for the heroes there. If Thanos is being ruthless with the gauntlet, and not in character and went all out, I doubt anyone could win him in the MCU or DCEU. If he holds back, gets complacent, or isn't written smart, he can get beat by spiderman, ironman drax, and mantis. Scarlett Witch would have won base Thanos. Iron Man would likely have won base Thanos in IW if he lost the gauntlet. Captain Marvel harnessed the cosmic powers of the stones and basically won then. Dr Strange almost beat a 4 stone Thanos WITHOUT using the time stone to win (which wouldn't be too hard to do using the stone). In "What if..." Vision's power was able to slice a 5 stone Thanos in half and killed him in the blink of an eye. IW Thor got the drop on Thanos and could have killed him if he pushed the blade in more or attacked instead of bantering with the wounded Titan. Amped Cap surprised him and caught him off guard until he adapted. Moral of the story, if you can catch him off guard with speed, different angles/blind spots (ie spiderman and the portals, or the whole team on Titan attacking from all around) and then then a strong enough attack to incapacitate or kill him, and not bantering before you remove the infinity stones or killing him, even You could stop Thanos. Heck, with the right planning, preparations and weapons, I'm sure even DCEU Batman COULD beat Thanos with or without the Stones. It all depends on the writer. Can Thanos be caught off guard? Yup, as he was in IW, Endgame, and What if..., and if the SHAZAM-ILY went for the win, they would be able to. Speed to steal the gauntlet. Speed to run up and give some big hits on him. Use his own sword on him with enough force (which they easily heave both the strength and speed to do). Easy win, GG Boyz! If Thanos knows what's up, and isn't trying to be his "noble" MCU version and acted as the Endgame/Comics version in his desire to kill/destroy, then no one in the MCU or DCEU could singularly or even working together, beat him.

My favorite member of the Shazam family, is Mary Bromfield or also known as Mary Marvel. Although she doesn't has any great feats since we didn't saw more of her power fighting skills in the movie, she provides to be the sharpest contrast to Billy Batson as he initially kept everyone at a distance, looked out only for himself and acted irresponsibly while Mary is firmly attached to her family, by putting others before herself and is the most mature family member after their adoptive parents. Her more remarkable ability is her gifted intelligence since she was able to quickly deduce that Billy was the superhero upon looking at a newscast, and also she was able to swiftly improvise a plan to weaken Dr.Sivana, by suggesting that she, along with her siblings, lure out all the Seven Deadly Sins and render him powerless. Also by the other hand, Mary showed an aptitude for hand-to-hand combat while facing the Deadly Sins, but for the second movie she was outscale by Hespera one of the three daughters of Atlas.
