I think the reason why he lived past 25 is his whole reason of existence is to kill Muzan. His supernatural talent, gifts are given to him to slay muzan, even he sensed it himself. The 'supernatural force' even gifted the dead demon slayers that helped in defeating Muzan by reincarnating them. Well, I don't think Tanjiro was born with the mark. It says in the anime that he got his mark from saving his brother before boiling water fell on him. That is where he got his scar from and we think it is a demon slayer mark. He might have adapt to it since he has it since he was a child, but we will see if he dies in battle, old age or because of the mark

By that logic i can say that demon slayer does not have a strongest character because Nezuko is also immortal which means that, by your logic, she is also the strongest which obviously she isn't Immortality is not a strength feat don't forget that. Prime Muzan is also stronger than drugged Muzan and Dkt as both of them couldn't kill a human with a single hit and Yoriichi said that Muzan could 1 shot hit if he hits him.
