The more gas particles there are, the higher the pressure. As the number of particles increases, the frequency of collisions increases. This increases the chance of successful collisions, therefore increasing the rate of reaction. The rate of reaction always slows down as the reaction progresses. This is due to the reacting particles getting used up, decreasing the frequency of collisions, decreasing the chance of successful collisions as the reaction continues.

We does my school book say:the higher the pressure, the less mols are formed, like HOW? it doesnt make any sense, if the pressure is higher doesn't the nr. Of mols increase?

If it’s a reversible reaction, the pressure may cause less moles of products to be formed
