Muscle memory is so important in every sport. I honestly never thought about boxing, I'm a hockey player, and every time you step on the ice you are teaching yourself something, either a good thing, or a bad thing, and the choice is all up to you. Excellent video buddy.

So glad to circle back to your channel after a long time away, Tony! Also, can I just say that the gear you have is really eyecatching? Because it really is; it made me more alert and observant to each of your movements! 😁 As for a question, how viable do you think POV sparring/training videos are? Would you consider doing something like that in the future (e.g. "You" spar with/get in the ring with Tony Jeffries for a few rounds)?

Hello again, Tony! Asking again...ever heard of having to punch with your hands in a L or U shape...not a fully closed fist? I feel my wrist "breaks" SO MUCH EASIER if I make a tightly closed fist. I have much more stability using the L or U shape. I imagine this decreases the power I can impact with, but it feels better and doesn't leave my wrists aching. Thoughts, sir?
@MonstaaBoii
@MonstaaBoii 3 ай бұрын
imo you need to build of strength in your wrists by hitting the bag and doing knuckle press ups, this use to happen to me when I just started boxing. Wrap more of the wrist wraps around your wrist than your knuckles and punch a bit lighter for a few weeks, It's a good chance to work on form, footwork and technique as well good luck bro
