Sir I have a doubt, can we join Army as a permanent commission after passing out from the OTA. I have read the notification and in the notification, it is perfectly mentioned that you can become a Permanent officer after giving interview and it also depend on the vacancy available. but can you provide a small video on clearing this subject.

Your conversion from SSC to PC would depend on the Army completely according to the vacancies and need of the Army. It would be merit based and only those who choose to serve further and are top in merit would be chosen and given 6 months seniority reduction to make you equivalent to those who passed from IMA. But please know that SSC to PC conversion ratio is very low these days.

The best explanation that i have got is that these figures of 7-8k were according to the pre-covid strength of the army. But post covid Armed forces have emphasized more on strength reduction and tech improvement. So there might be a shortage but maybe not as big as we think or none at all. @@aryanchoudhary1845

They can get parachute training, there is a slot for Civilians and Police Officers, but CAPF is under Home Ministry, hence they cannot go for Para SF which is under Defence Ministry.

Army jawans asli hero hote hain desh ke .Aur officers saab harami hote hain , in logoki marzi chalti hain field ho ya civilian office ho . In logoka maan kiya to promotion diya ya nahi diya unke under main kaam karne wala office employee ko , maan kiya to kisi ko bhi misbehave karke naukri se hata diya, ye log jawan ya office employee ko apna personal naukar samajh lete hain ,jawano se domestic help jaise sweeping,toilet cleaning,gardening,jharu -pocha,boot polish jaise kaam karate hain .Jo bhi bhai se ye log eisa karate hain yo bhai apna sabut rakhe aur court main case karein.
