Brett Koeshall Steve Smith has got to do a Red Green movie If he's not to busy. What a way to bring back RG and expose the next generation to this iconic comedic genius.

@@ericmadsen9655 A movie was already done long before you posted that. And in a recent interview, Steve Smith said that he will NOT be returning to television, ever. He did start a Red Green podcast, though :)

I've heard part of this story before. I just love how he asked for enough money to do something but not enough that the station would care what. Genius!

Red Green made all the difference for me when I discovered his show. Wish we could do it all over again. Thank you soooo much.

Someone tell him that Smith & Smith need to make a comeback.... They were hilarious, and worked so naturally with each other!

And that's why 50 plus years later they're still together.

There’s some Canadian blasts from the past. Red Fisher from Scuttlebutt Lodge, and Steve and his wife’s original show, Smith and Smith.

I had a buddy who worked as a park Yogi at Long Point in the summer while he was going to university. And he was a nut for fishing and the Red Fisher Show. He rented a cottage near the park and the gang would come down on weekends and party. You'd wake up in the morning hung over or gluey eyed from weed and he'd be back from his night shift, sat in front of the TV motionless, intently and intentionally watching Red Fisher . And I thought this : " Wow, I'm watching " Red Fisher " watch Red Fisher ". Thank goodness I had a joint left from the night before, else I may have driven into Lake Erie.

Steve, you have a beautiful wife! Your show seems to depict a usual type of wife that is not believing that you are all together! Perfect! The whole show travels in this bent! You are a spell caster! ❤️
