I guess either if it skyrockets out of nowhere or if it‘s just way out of the usual for that specific rank.

Guess what? The Chinese company Tencent bought out Riot League of Legends never ban cheaters permanently, if cheater gets caught, which is extremely rare, cheater gets banned for 1 day, then 3 days, then 5 days, so on until 3 years. But if you spent enough money on Tecent games, around $2000, you can unban yourself by few click on self service on web page. No punishment, lack of control, Cheating is epidemic in China. At least Riot game didn't imply this Chinese system on its own servers.

There doing a pretty good job, ive been playing for 15 years ive maybe seen 5 scripters (might have been more but i remember a few because i plaayed agaisnt them alot and these were all very early in the game havent seen a scripter in prolly 10 years.... Meanwhile in cs2
