This was by far the worst rlcs season in rlcs history. You got a much smaller price pool, less teams in worlds, a WHOLE major for the winter just cutted out. You got 8 months rlcs off season, this is the worst format rlcs has ever been

Nothing is as it once was and never will be. This is normal. You grow older and get tired of things. You have played for so long there might not be anything wrong with the game, really.

I continue to come back to Rocket League because it is the most visceral feeling when controlling the ball. It feels like a huge blunder to ignore RL for titles like Fortnite. In fact, it urks me that they spent so much development time in Rocket Racing rather than funneling that time back into Rocket League itself. Rocket League is the most prime example of what an actual eSport is. There is no aim assist, character imbalances, OP builds, etc. It's just cars, balls, and physics. In the beginning it's basically soccer with cars. Then you start seeing a lot more wall play and you add elements of billiards to the game. Once people start getting more confident in the air you start to see volleyball come into play. One game has captured multiple sport in a way that created what I would consider a new sport and Epic Games is trying to milk the community without feeding it.

I simply just don’t agree. Some of the things epic has done were bad updates, I the last half a year they have been going the right direction. I think we as a community should be happy and give positive feedback on the things they have done right, like boost indicator and demo cam. To let epic know what they are doing is right.

They have a monopoly on the genre. That's why no matter what gamers say, they won't give a shit. The day another game like it comes out and is competitive with it, they'll move their asses. Until then, the game will remain stale.

i havent watched it but i just got done yelling at 2v2s from these stupid fps drops, i get them in free play, & everyother gamemode i can comfortably run the game at 300+ fps, i keep it at 120 with low graphics and still it just randomly stutters and ignores inputs during the stutters. had me whiffing saves because the flip input wont get counted when it stutters ect. it makes me want to leave the game behind but there's nothing like it.

These game freezes can come from you not updating windows or neglecting driver updates or just plainly not restarting your pc or console. Maybe you have an outdated system or you're using an old monitor which can also be a reason as to why you're lagging. Also I would recommend to check if you have VSync off in the graphics/video settings and maybe try to turn on or off some settings in nvidia GeForce or AMD software depending on what GPU you have, to see if that fixes the issue. Hopefully this helps.
