"Movement is Life." That's a message that I've heard from my doctors, teachers, and fellow runners. Keep at it. Thanks for this video, Sean, and Happy Holidays!

Has been running since the middle of 2024, since I just graduated and applying jobs, running reminds me even there are rejections, there are always ways out🍀❤️

Wow. Profound. None of need to stay where we are, if we don’t want to stay where we are. Just keep moving. Amen and Amen.

Or as I like to put it >>> Life is mostly physical, not mental. Some years back I was working on my Ph.D. degree. But I was miserable. I was always living in my head ... concepts, theories, abstractions, reading, reading, and more reading, analyzing what I read, applying my analysis to these concepts and comparing theories, blah, blah, blah. It was sedentary and totally mental work. And then my dad had quadruple bypass surgery for a severe heart condition. Afterwards, he was told to get out and walk regularly. And he did. His surgery and his walking apparently made quite an impression on me. I stated walking too, a little at a time, then for longer distances, then putting in a little jogging. Gradually, this jogging transformed into all running, first for about 15 minutes, then for 30 minutes. Now I run about 45 minutes at a time nonstop. I'm now 78 years old and always get good physical reports when I go in for my medical physical. This most recent time, I told my doctor that running is the best activity I ever took up; he just smiled.
