How Rupee Dollar Exchange Rate is decided?

For retail or individual consumers, yes, the dynamics of supply and demand may affect prices. But the prices in large scale trading of commodities are not determined by such logic. There the laws of commodity value are the sole determinant. Again to the first scenario of retail or individual customers. Here also, the dynamics of supply and demand play a limited role or only to a certain extent. Let's suppose that there is too much supply of computers and very little demand in a particular month or even year. Will the producers sell them at a loss. No. They may revise the prices to some extent for luring the consumers, but cannot go below what is absolutely essential for the survival of their production unit and their business. Supply and demand will not affect the prices beyond a point. The only thing that affects prices fundamentally is the change in productivity (intrinsic value of a commodity), or a change in the value of the money itself (in which the prices are represented).

America control Iraq crude .so India buy from Iraq 12.5%so most of our dollar go to america dollar demand is high .if we buy 12.5 % crude from Russia the dollar demand is less we demand ruble .so American dollar and pound is reduse there value .so doller and euro circulate in America .so petrolium consumption is very high in America so rate of petrol value is high people use there money for buying petrol from america so 30 trillion debit will increased to 50 trillion dollar .so dollar value is reduse .so pound and doller are outrated most of them demanded euro .so china is struggling for this demand the 3000 doller is useless .18204 million us dollar crude purchase India from American company of Iraq .if america stop business from India this money goes to Russia .so Europe need to buy this crude from Iraq so Russia need goods from Europe is stopped but this may get from India .every business depend of business .so by India world is rich now
