Hi Eva, It is amazing you are so flexible! When I was reading through the Bible in a year in 2021 I was unable to stay with the plan.☹️ This year I have a read through the Bible in a year Chronological Journaling Bible. So far I am on track. Having the daily reading pages set up in the Bible and not going back and forth through the pages really helps! I also like to read the book of Psalms each month. It is five Psalms per day. This month I fell behind. I want to read the Bible in ninety days! 😃 I'm excited about that! I'm a senior citizen. I have time on my hands which makes that easier. When my children were younger I had to get creative at times to get all I wanted to read and study done. So glad you made another video!😃 May our Lord richly bless you!💜✝️

I haven’t always been this flexible!! It’s something I have had to learn in recent years (especially since having a kid!) I am constantly asking myself “what’s working right now? What’s not working right now?” That Bible sounds fantastic!! Keep going! The Bible in 90 days is hard but totally doable! I have done it twice. I would encourage you to try it when you don’t have anything else on your schedule though - no other reading plans! It can be consuming.

I wish I had the self-discipline to commit to a Bible reading plan and not quit about a third of the way into it! I just don't work well with plans and schedules and goal-setting. I am 62 and I remember being able to read and study the Bible for literally hours at a time when I was younger, but the last few years I've found it hard to concentrate for very long on any one thing. Maybe it's the pandemic or a side-effect of the vaccinations, but my attention span is shot to pieces! It's like a brain-fog! Maybe I will give it another go...you've inspired me! Thanks, Eva. Honestly, sometimes I miss days (or longer) and at that point it is not as much self-discipline to come back, it is just taking that next step. It can be sooooo easy to get discouraged when we feel like we are behind in our Bible reading, but when we know that it is a relationship with God and not a checklist you are getting graded on, you feel free!

I am using an NIV chronological reading plan and so far it is going well. I like your idea of flipping the time though. Perhaps I will try that next year.

I’m doing Faith Womacks Grace plan reading through the Bible plan it’s a 270 day plan,I started on 6/8/22 I’m on day 147 , I admit I have missed a day a few times but I’m okay with that ! Not in joying some of the Old Testament , the killing etc to many born for what ? Just to die ? I know there is a reason but I don’t like it lol
