One of the best/easiest combos I found is to sacrifice a cockroach (or anything with unkillable) to a rabbit hole or beehive Because the rabbits and bees become unkillable too, and free, so it's basically the unkillable squirrels we all got sometime, but works even on kayces mod without needing much luck

A slightly weaker version is using the field mice ability instead of unkillable. Can give a lot of sacrifices cheaply, but not infinitely

Had one of my best playthroughs recently, with totems that gave my squirrels triple blood payout like the Black Goat, and then made them come back to my hand when I sacrifice them, letting me play powerful cards every turn and build up bones quickly. Leshy didn't stand a chance XD

I just played the undying squirrel totem to beat him it was easy to rack up bones that way without doing extra stuffs. Just keep playing squirrels, sacrifice, it'll return to hand, squirrel again, and so forth...

For anyone wondering why they sacrificed the black goat for the stoat, it’s because they reused the footage from their last inscryption short and that one was about how you need to exploit the goat by losing after it being the last symbol you play. To find out why that was important then watch their last short

I promise you. The best card in inscryption is the packrat. You know, the rare card that you get from the items event when you’re full so leant gives you a card instead? It’s a rare card too if you didn’t know and it’s amazing no matter the situation. Doesn’t matter what deck you’re running, what situation you’re in. A pack rat or two is never bad. I mean, it’s free items, and with a cockroach, you basically have an unlimited items reroll. And I don’t believe I have to explain why a pair of scissors that can instantly kill a card, an hourglass that can skip your opponent’s turn and more is good.

The pack rat works best as a sacrifice for its sigil but it can definitely get wacky. Though if we're speaking of the best card in general terms, it's hard to beat the mantis god. Abusing the fair hand mechanic, all you need is one damage upgrade for it to win most combats in turn 1. It's even got a deck dedicated entirely to itself in Kaycee's mod

Just use the worthy sacrifice sigil on a squirrel boons and then you’d have 3 blood sacrifices per squirrel and this is literally act 1 of the game none of this will really matter

The problem with that is you can't put "worthy sacrifice" on squirrels by normal means; you have to assemble a squirrel totem with "worthy sacrifice" as the body, which only has a _chance_ to appear at the woodcarver shop. The squirrel head you have to obtain from solving the drawer puzzle in the room, the woodcarver never has the squirrel head in her shop.

Is there ever any way to just play the first Act? Like just against Leshy. It took me 3-4 tries to beat him (and I absolutely LOVED this part of the game!) and get to Act 2 but I didn’t like playing against P03. Also SPOILER: why do we only get to play one half assed battle against Grimora and Magnificus? The table set up was so cool but it all disappeared and glitched out and it felt like such a tease.

I once had a bull frog with three sigils. I don't know what they're called but i can describe them 1. Four bones when it dies 2. Returns to your hand when it dies 3. The one that makes a tail as a scape goat All the tails had the top two sigils and I ended up with 98 bones.

Isn't there a code that when it's killed get the plus one to both stats I saw KZbin once used it every time it got killed by sacrificed it gained a plus one then used another card to replace it and then he got up to around I think of 40 40

It's the Ouroboros, which is a special card which is a possible prize from defeating a boss. Since it's random, you can't always depend on it to appear. It starts off pretty weak, but it each time it dies, it gets stronger and that strength increase stays for the remainder of the game.
