fun fact: if somebody had any discrepency on their documents, you can instantly deny them without penalization, and it will also net you the 5 credits for processing somebody. Once reason for denial is added, you have to give them a chance to correct themselves unfortunately, but you DO NOT have to verify Identity or Gender with fingerprints and scanning, you can stamp deny with reason to denial and it works just fine.
