I also am reminded of how Zoro had a rather different approach to women growing up, where he wanted to treat Kuina as an equal and held her to the same standard, rather than someone to be protected and defended, so that's a hugely different philosophy that leads to Zoro and Sanji fighting all the time, their views on women, as one part of their core beliefs and worldview

They're not cyborgs. Being a cyborg and being scientifically modified isn't necessarily the same thing. Being a cyborg is when you have cybernetic/metallic body parts instead of flesh. But here they were genetically improved to have stronger bodies so unlike Franky they're not partially made of metal and unlike Kuma they're not almost entirely metallic. Edit: they talked about modifying "bloodline elements" how can anyone still think they have cybernetic modifications after they say that? Edit 2: thank God he understood at 7 min 20

Pretty much all of the Strawhat Crew's backstories made me tear up (or straight up cry), but so much of Sanji's explained little details about him that I think his backstory is overall my favorite. Made me feel sad, pissed, happy that he got away, and then pissed again because they forced him back... Also your theory about the All Blue is really good! I always thought that maybe it was like an underground situation where somehow all four seas connected there, but honestly the idea that the Red Line was created instead is much more interesting and in line with where I think the story is going. I mean... to my knowledge, Mariejois is the only actual city/population living on the Red Line. I could definitely see the Celestial Dragons using a Devil Fruit to literally elevate themselves above the rest of the world.

I love this backstory a whole lot, probably my favorite but the part where he learns of the all blue in prison goes against what we have seen previously. He learned it before from the crew members of the ship he was on before zeff. Don't get me wrong this is pretty compelling but I just don't like one piece will change the story to make it more emotional. Idk maybe I'm overreacting.
