I did this yesterday! The scariest part of the zip lining experience for me was accelerating on the first one. I almost regretted my life choices, but by the time I finished the zip line, I was shacking but also having fun. The tour guides made us do a trust fall, which isn’t just going backwards but falling off the first few steps and falling almost until we were horizontal. They also encouraged us to go upside down which was tricky but very fun. I am usually scared of heights but this was a blast!

Thanks so much for posting this, I’m going to zip line in Whisler in the next 20 mins and I’m a little nervous, this helped me a lot!

By now, you've already done it! Was it fun?

@@chrisplusmelissa i did! It was pretty fun. Very scary. I have a huge fear of heights. I was the first one to go on the first zip line and seeing the entire zip line was terrifying. It was nice and sunny for us there so we could see all the way down the zip line. But I would do it again.

Thanks so much for posting this! I was considering booking this tour for my 60th birthday next month, but wasn't sure if it would be too scary. Now I'm definitely booking it!!

Big friggin CAHOONAS!!! Personally I do not like heights. I can’t even stand on my tiptoes without freaking out. Hope you don’t mind if I live vicariously through you guys. Keep it up!! 👍👍👍

"Can't stand on tiptoes..." Ha ha! I (Chris) used to be terrified of heights... but for some reason, it's worn off. :D

I almost crapped when I seen the snap in the end of the trip. What happened there when your body and the line jolted ?
@chrisplusmelissa2 жыл бұрын
It was the mechanism that slows you down. It jolting... but after the first time... it's not a big deal. :)

Didn't do the Eagle tour. Only the Sasquatch which doesn't run in the winter. Followed by Skydiving Abbotsford and Bungee Jumping in Whistler. All within a few months this past year. I also conquered the first peak at Chief Peak. What an a adventure I have had. You too make amazing videos!! See my channel to see all of those. Next time you should try snowboarding this is on my list there. 😁

We are much to wimpy to try skydiving or bungee jumping. And probably too old to try to learn snowboarding. :D
