How Serbian Prosiutto and Smoked Sausages Are Made
I visited the production of dried meat products (smoked sausage, dry prosciutto, bacon) on the slopes of Kosmaj, i.e. a professional company with about 40 employees. They hosted me and showed me the whole process of making it from the very beginning. Enjoy!
