How serious is rear-end collision damage and how can it be repaired?

Hello, the car we repaired today is a Chinese brand GAC Aion, a pure electric car. It was rear-ended by a car behind it on the road, causing serious damage. In order to save costs, we retained the original car's longitudinal beam and trunk floor and only replaced the rear side panel. This reduced the repair cost by 60%. What do you think of the effect of this repair?

The problem with wearing ear defenders when you are working with other people and boss that if your Boss shouts an order at you may not hear him and that might be a bad thing for your job. Unfortunately in some work cultures it’s better to hear and risk damaging your hearing in later life.

Hi, not replacing the trunk floor or the crushed parts of the side members is taking a big risk. Certainly the cost of repairs is lower, but in the event of a new collision from the rear of the vehicle the crushing will go further because all the straightened parts, therefore not replaced, no longer have the original rigidity and therefore no longer have able to absorb the shock.

You'd never be allowed to repair a car like that here. The H&S inspectorate would shut you down within minutes of starting.

Sehr schlecht, das Bodenblech hätte man schöner machen können, Farbe passt auch nicht. Jeder Mensch wird das sofort als Unfallauto erkennen. Ansonsten sind deine anderen Reparaturen viel besser.
